Little Samo, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains:

• the personal information we collect when you use the Minimo website (https://minimo.team), the Minimo Chrome Extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service");
• how we use, disclose, and protect that information; and
• the rights and choices available to you.

By installing or using the Service, clicking "Sign in with Google," or otherwise providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect & Retention

*We may keep data longer if required to (a) comply with law, (b) investigate security incidents, or (c) exercise or defend legal claims.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process payments and provide support.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security incidents.
• Improve the Service through aggregate, de-identified analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share hashed identifiers (e.g., hashed email, cookie IDs, IP) with advertising or analytics partners solely to deliver or measure ads. Some U.S. state laws label this "sharing for targeted advertising." You can opt out (see § 4).

3. How We Disclose Information

Data Location. All Company-controlled application and database servers are in the United States. Certain partners may process limited data on servers outside the U.S.; when they do, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards.

4.1 State-Specific Addendum

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Virginia, and other states listed in our U.S. State Privacy Notice enjoy additional rights (opt-out, data portability, limit use of sensitive info, etc.). All requests are handled via the methods above.

5. Cookies & Tracking

A banner on first visit explains these categories and lets you Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Settings. You may revisit Cookie Preferences at any time. Disabling essential cookies may impair functionality.

6. Security

We protect data with HTTPS, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration tests, and 24×7 monitoring. No method is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in California for sale/sharing). We do not knowingly collect such data. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Visitors

The Service targets U.S. users. By using it from another country, you consent to processing in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Policy. Material changes will be announced in-Service or by email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
